瓦斯发电机组技术原理与设备构成

Gas generator set is a specialized equipment that uses gas extracted from coal mines as fuel for power generation. Gas power generation uses gas extracted from coal mines as fuel, based on the principle that the explosive limit of gas is between 5% and 16%. By effectively adjusting the air-fuel ratio through an electronic control mixer, the gas explodes and does work in the unit cylinder, thereby driving the generator to rotate and converting mechanical energy into electrical energy. Gas power generation consists of three steps: gas extraction, combustion, and electrical energy conversion. Firstly, gas is extracted by drilling underground coalbed methane wells or treating organic waste. Then, the extracted gas is transported to a gas engine, mixed with air, and ignited to generate power.

Its working principle is to use gas to burn inside the body, push the cylinder piston to move and do work, and drive the generator to generate electricity. Taking a typical turbocharged gas generator set as an example, it adopts inline, water-cooled, four stroke, turbocharged, intercooled, and spark plug ignition types. The intake system adopts a pre mixing method with an intake duct mixer, where the gas and air are pre mixed before being pressurized and air-cooled, and then distributed to the combustion chambers of each cylinder for combustion work. The engine is equipped with an intelligent air-fuel ratio control system.
瓦斯发电系统通常包括瓦斯抽采系统、瓦斯输送系统、发电机组和余热回收系统等部分。瓦斯输送系统是确保安全的关键环节——一般瓦斯电站机组只能用30%浓度以上瓦斯发电,否则不易稳定燃烧,且低浓度瓦斯易发生爆炸,输送安全难以解决。先进技术通过多级阻火器和水雾输送系统保证输送安全,并在发电机组中通过过氧燃烧达到利用瓦斯能量发电的目的。瓦斯输送的典型工艺流程为:瓦斯气→抽采泵站→湿式放散阀→水位自控式水封阻火器→瓦斯管道专用阻火器→水雾输送系统→溢流式脱水水封阻火器→发电机组→发电。
Gas power generation systems typically include gas extraction systems, gas transportation systems, generator sets, and waste heat recovery systems. The gas transmission system is a key link to ensure safety - generally, gas power plant units can only use gas with a concentration of over 30% to generate electricity, otherwise it is not easy to burn stably, and low concentration gas is prone to explosion, making transportation safety difficult to solve. Advanced technology ensures safe transportation through multi-stage flame arresters and water mist conveying systems, and achieves the goal of using gas energy for power generation through peroxide combustion in the generator set. The typical process flow of gas transportation is: gas → extraction pump station → wet release valve → water level self controlled water seal flame arrester → gas pipeline dedicated flame arrester → water mist transportation system → overflow dehydration water seal flame arrester → generator set → power generation.
在控制方面,发电机组的控制系统由控制柜进行集中控制,具有过电流和逆功率等自动保护功能。尾气处理装置即低瓦斯发电机组尾气脱硝装置,原理是在催化剂的作用下将氮氧化物转换成无害的氮气和水。做功后的高温乏气可通过余热锅炉带蒸汽轮机联合循环发电,提高发电效率。该机组具有对燃料要求低等特点。
In terms of control, the control system of the generator set is centrally controlled by the control cabinet and has automatic protection functions such as overcurrent and reverse power. The tail gas treatment device, also known as the low gas power generation unit tail gas denitrification device, operates by converting nitrogen oxides into harmless nitrogen gas and water under the action of a catalyst. The high-temperature exhaust gas after doing work can be generated by a combined cycle of waste heat boiler and steam turbine to improve power generation efficiency. This unit has the characteristics of low fuel requirements.
