焦化发电机组:干熄焦高参数发电的技术革新

在钢铁与焦化行业,干熄焦发电是余热回收利用的核心环节。近年来,单超/双超再热锅炉发电技术的成功应用,为行业树立了节能高效的新标杆。这种技术的运作原理是:锅炉产生的主蒸汽首先进入汽轮机高压缸膨胀做功,随后高压排汽重新返回锅炉的再热器提升温度,形成高温再热蒸汽,再输送至中低压缸继续做功。

In the steel and coking industries, dry quenching power generation is the core link of waste heat recovery and utilization. In recent years, the successful application of single/double reheat boiler power generation technology has set a new benchmark for energy conservation and efficiency in the industry. The operating principle of this technology is that the main steam generated by the boiler first enters the high-pressure cylinder of the steam turbine to expand and do work, and then the high-pressure exhaust steam returns to the reheater of the boiler to raise the temperature, forming high-temperature reheated steam, which is then transported to the medium and low-pressure cylinders to continue doing work.

相较于传统的高温高压发电技术,单超/双超再热锅炉发电技术可显著提升发电效率13%~15%。以国内某大型冶金项目为例,采用该技术后,年发电量增加3360万千瓦时以上,年节约标煤约1.36万吨,年减少二氧化碳排放约3.7万吨。更为可观的是,新增设备投资仅需1.5年即可通过增加的发电收益收回成本。

Compared to traditional high-temperature and high-pressure power generation technologies, single/double reheat boiler power generation technology can significantly improve power generation efficiency by 13% to 15%. Taking a large metallurgical project in China as an example, after adopting this technology, the annual power generation increased by more than 33.6 million kilowatt hours, saving about 13600 tons of standard coal annually, and reducing carbon dioxide emissions by about 37000 tons annually. What's even more impressive is that the investment in new equipment can be recouped through the increased power generation revenue in just 1.5 years.

Faced with the challenges of continuity in coking production and fluctuation in dry quenching operation conditions, this technology has achieved a stable power generation of 185-195 kWh per ton of dry quenching coke by accurately mastering key core technologies to improve steam parameters and ensure safety. It provides efficient and stable power generation solutions for dry quenching projects of different scales, leading the green transformation trend of the coking industry.
