当硬件设备与前期手续准备就绪后，就进入了核心的现场技术操作阶段。焦化发电机组（通常属于余热余压发电）的并网必须严格遵循“同期并网”的三大核心条件：同电压、同频率、同相位。

After the hardware equipment and preliminary procedures are ready, we enter the core on-site technical operation stage. The grid connection of coking power generation units (usually belonging to waste heat and pressure power generation) must strictly follow the three core conditions of "synchronous grid connection": same voltage, same frequency, and same phase.

开机前准备与启动：

Preparation and startup before startup:

检查汽轮机、发电机及各附属设备、油系统、汽水系统均处于正常状态。

Check that the steam turbine, generator, and all associated equipment, oil system, and steam water system are in normal condition.

依次启动排油烟机、高压电动油泵、循环水泵、凝结水泵和射水泵（抽真空）。

Start the range hood, high-pressure electric oil pump, circulating water pump, condensate pump, and water jet pump (vacuum pumping) in sequence.

投入盘车装置，向汽轮机轴封送汽，并进行各项保护联锁测试（如超速、润滑油压等）。

Activate the turning device, supply steam to the turbine shaft seal, and conduct various protection interlock tests (such as overspeed, lubricating oil pressure, etc.).

汽轮机冲转与升速：

Turbine impulse and acceleration:

挂闸并开启主汽门，机组按照预设程序自动升速、暖机。

Hang the brake and open the main steam valve, and the unit will automatically increase speed and warm up according to the preset program.

当转速达到额定转速（如3000r/min）时，检查主油泵工作正常，对机组进行全面检查。

When the speed reaches the rated speed (such as 3000r/min), check that the main oil pump is working properly and conduct a comprehensive inspection of the unit.

发电机起励与升压：

Generator excitation and boost:

合上励磁屏的电源开关和灭磁开关，对发电机进行起励建压。

Close the power switch and demagnetization switch of the excitation screen, and apply excitation and voltage to the generator.

通过“增磁”操作，将发电机机端电压升至额定电压水平（如6KV），并确保三相电压平衡。

By using the "demagnetization" operation, the generator terminal voltage is raised to the rated voltage level (such as 6KV) and the three-phase voltage is ensured to be balanced.

同期并网操作（核心步骤）：

Simultaneous grid connection operation (core steps):

投入同期装置：选定并网柜为同期对象，投入同期选择开关和闭锁开关。

Activate the synchronization device: Select the grid connected cabinet as the synchronization object, activate the synchronization selection switch and locking switch.

参数匹配：自动或手动调节发电机的电压和转速（频率），使其与电网的参数无限接近。

Parameter matching: Automatically or manually adjust the voltage and speed (frequency) of the generator to make it infinitely close to the parameters of the power grid.

捕捉合闸时机：观察同步表的相位指针，当指针缓慢旋转并接近中心黑点（相位差接近0度）时，迅速按下“合闸”按键。

Capture the timing of closing: Observe the phase pointer of the synchronization meter. When the pointer slowly rotates and approaches the center black dot (phase difference close to 0 degrees), quickly press the "closing" button.

并网成功：断路器准确闭合，发电机成功并入电网。随后复位同期开关，将励磁调节器转为“远控”模式，逐步增加有功功率。

Grid connection successful: The circuit breaker is accurately closed and the generator is successfully connected to the grid. Subsequently, reset the synchronous switch and switch the excitation regulator to "remote control" mode, gradually increasing the active power.
