焦炉煤气发电机组如何将炼焦副产品变成绿色电力

焦化厂炼焦过程中,煤炭在隔绝空气条件下高温干馏,产生大量焦炉煤气——一种富含氢气(55%-60%)和甲烷(23%-27%)的可燃气体。这些焦炉煤气在过去大多被“点天灯”放空,如今通过焦炉煤气发电机组,焦炉烟囱里的“蓝色火焰”被转化为绿色电力。

In the coking process of the coking plant, the coal is carbonized at high temperature in isolation from air, producing a large amount of coke oven gas, a combustible gas rich in hydrogen (55% -60%) and methane (23% -27%). These coke oven gases were mostly released by "sky lanterns" in the past, but now through coke oven gas generators, the "blue flames" in the coke oven chimneys are converted into green electricity.

焦炉煤气发电的技术路线主要有内燃机发电和燃气轮机发电两种。内燃机式机组将净化后的焦炉煤气在气缸内与空气混合燃烧,推动活塞做功发电。燃气轮机式机组则将焦炉煤气在燃烧室中燃烧,产生的高温高压烟气推动透平旋转做功。中国航发燃机研制的“太行25”燃气轮机发电机组是25MW级大档功率轻型燃气轮机机组,突破了焦炉煤气燃烧、双燃料系统供应和切换等关键技术。

The technical routes for coke oven gas power generation mainly include internal combustion engine power generation and gas turbine power generation. 在工程实践方面,焦炉煤气发电已建成多个大型项目。新疆哈密的新伊碳能焦炉煤气资源综合利用发电项目总装机容量370MW,年发电量27亿千瓦时,每年处理焦炉煤气48亿立方米、减排二氧化碳180万吨,是我国目前装机容量非常大、技术非常先进的焦炉煤气发电项目。哈密某煤化工企业采用“焦炉煤气收集-净化处理-快捷发电”全链条模式,建设2×135MW超高温亚临界机组,热效率从传统机组的35%提升至52%。

In terms of engineering practice, multiple large-scale projects have been built for coke oven gas power generation. The Xinyi Carbon Energy Coke Oven Gas Resource Comprehensive Utilization Power Generation Project in Hami, Xinjiang has a total installed capacity of 370MW, with an annual power generation of 2.7 billion kilowatt hours. It processes 4.8 billion cubic meters of coke oven gas and reduces carbon dioxide emissions by 1.8 million tons annually. It is currently the largest and most technologically advanced coke oven coal gas power generation project in China. A coal chemical enterprise in Hami adopts a full chain model of "coke oven gas collection purification treatment high-efficiency power generation" to construct 2 × 135MW ultra-high temperature subcritical units, with thermal efficiency increased from 35% of traditional units to 52%.
