运行中若出现异常噪音,可能是发动机内部零部件磨损,如曲轴、连杆轴承等,需拆解发动机进行检查和更换。对于发电机部分,若输出电压不稳定,可能是电压调节器故障,可使用专业仪器检测其性能并进行调整或更换。若出现过热现象,要检查冷却系统,查看水箱水位是否正常、散热风扇是否运转、冷却液是否循环,清理散热器表面的灰尘和杂物以增强散热效果。

For the generator part, if the output voltage is unstable, it may be a fault in the voltage regulator. If overheating occurs, check the cooling system to see if the water level in the water tank is normal, if the cooling fan is running, if the coolant is circulating, and clean the dust and debris on the surface of the radiator to enhance the heat dissipation effect.
在维修过程中,要严格按照操作规程进行。对于零部件的更换,应选用质量合格、规格匹配的产品。维修后进行试机,先空载运行一段时间,观察各项参数是否正常,如转速、电压、频率等,再逐步加载,检查发电机组在不同负载下的运行状况,确保故障已彻底排除且发电机组能够稳定可靠地运行。同时,建立维修记录档案,记录故障现象、维修措施和更换的零部件等信息,以便日后参考和对发电机组进行更好的维护管理。
