发电机维修专家告诉你,对于大型直流电机来说,多数采用胶囊式储油柜。因此常常出现喷油现象,胶囊式储油柜喷油的原因常有以下几种。
Generator maintenance experts tell you that for large DC motors, capsule oil storage tanks are mostly used. Therefore, fuel injection often occurs, and there are several reasons for fuel injection in capsule oil storage tanks.
(1)在安装直流电机时没有排气或排气不彻底,因此造成在运行过程中,随着油温上升,储油柜内的油位也随之上升。油室空气膨胀后,会促使安全气道喷油,油标向外溢油。
(1) When installing a DC motor, there is no exhaust or incomplete exhaust, resulting in an increase in oil level in the oil storage tank as the oil temperature rises during operation. After the air in the oil chamber expands, it will cause the safety airway to spray oil, and the oil gauge will overflow outward.

(2)直流电机在强大的短路力作用下会形成油的涌流,涌流会促使变压器储油柜向外喷油。
(2) Under the strong short-circuit force, a DC motor will generate an oil surge, which will cause the transformer oil storage tank to spray oil outward.
(3)由于储油柜本身存在密封质量缺陷(如焊接方面),当油室吸入空气后,经过若干时间后会导致向外喷油。
(3) Due to the sealing quality defects of the oil storage tank itself (such as welding), when air is sucked into the oil chamber, it will cause outward spraying after a certain period of time.
(4)对于储油柜的补焊方式与油箱壁的补焊方法相似。发电机维修专家提醒,虽然储油柜补焊时的油压力比油管补焊压力略小,但进行补焊时,也要快速并且间歇进行,因为任何部位的连续补焊都会使焊接部位温度过高,导致焊接部位绝缘油碳化。
(4) The welding repair method for oil storage tanks is similar to that for oil tank walls. Generator maintenance experts remind that although the oil pressure during oil tank repair welding is slightly lower than that of oil pipe repair welding, repair welding should also be carried out quickly and intermittently, because any continuous repair welding in any part will cause the temperature of the welding part to be too high, resulting in carbonization of the insulation oil at the welding part.
