请不要在发电机启动时候加油门。只要将油门放到怠速位置上。有些操作者想要柴油发电机迅速启动，启动前或者启动过程中猛加油门。这样会造成燃油浪费，降低润滑效果以及对柴油发电机运动部件造成较大的损坏。

Please do not open the oil filling door when the generator starts. Just put the throttle in the idle position. Some operators want the diesel generator to start quickly, and increase the throttle sharply before or during starting. This will cause fuel waste, reduce the lubrication effect and cause greater damage to the moving parts of diesel generator.

错误启动方式2：机油和燃油不按季节换用

Wrong start mode 2: oil and fuel are not changed according to season

在炎热的季节，请使用粘度高的机油和燃油；在寒冷的季节，请使用粘度低的机油和燃油。不然，发电机就很难起动或根本不能启动。

In hot season, please use high viscosity oil and fuel; in cold season, please use low viscosity oil and fuel. Otherwise, the generator will be difficult to start or unable to start at all.

错误启动方式3：进气管处引火起动

Wrong starting mode 3: ignition starting at intake pipe

柴油发电机引火启动时，不要在进气管处。不然会使物质燃烧产生的灰烬及硬杂物吸进气缸，造成进、排气门关闭不严并拉伤气缸。

Do not start the diesel generator at the intake pipe when it is ignited. Otherwise, the ash and hard debris generated by the material combustion will be absorbed into the cylinder, resulting in the intake and exhaust valves not being closed tightly and the cylinder will be strained.

错误启动方式4：骤加沸水启动或无水启动

Wrong start mode 4: start with boiling water or no water

根据热胀冷缩的原理，会激裂缸盖、机体和缸套等零部件，柴油发电机无冷却水时起动会使气缸组件、缸盖和机体等零部件温度急剧升高。

According to the principle of thermal expansion and cold contraction, the cylinder head, cylinder block and cylinder liner will be cracked. When the diesel generator is started without cooling water, the temperature of cylinder block, cylinder head and cylinder block will rise sharply.

错误启动方式5：直接将机油加入气缸

Wrong start mode 5: add oil to cylinder directly

机油不能完全燃烧，易产生积碳，使活塞环的弹性减弱，气缸的密封性能下降。还会加速气缸套的磨损，导致发电机的功率下降，使发电机起动困难。

The engine oil can't burn completely, so it is easy to produce carbon deposit, which weakens the elasticity of piston ring and reduces the sealing performance of cylinder. It will also accelerate the wear of the cylinder liner, resulting in the decrease of the power of the generator, making it difficult to start the generator.
