1. The first thing to do is to unload: before the biogas generator unit is shut down, the load should be unloaded first.

2、怠速运行：额定转速下运行几分钟，初步冷却后，再将怠速/额定转换开关置于“怠速”位置，使机组怠速运行,使其水温和油温降下来。

2. Idle running: run at rated speed for a few minutes. After initial cooling, set the idle / rated transfer switch at "idle" position to make the unit run at idle speed to lower the water and oil temperature.

3、切断气源：当机组“水温”、“油温”降低到60℃以下后，关闭手动燃气阀门。剩余的燃气可使机组继续运行1、2分钟，燃气耗尽后，机组将自动停机。

3. Cut off the gas source: when the "water temperature" and "oil temperature" of the unit are lower than 60 ℃, close the manual gas valve. The remaining gas can make the unit continue to run for 1 or 2 minutes. When the gas is exhausted, the unit will stop automatically.

4、停机后，将控制屏面板上的钥匙关闭。

5、除发生飞车或工作场所出现易燃气等意外事故，正常情况下严禁带负荷停机。

6、若停机后需要长期封存，应将沼气发电机机组的冷却水和机油放净，将机组表面处理干净，相关部位涂抹封存油，以免零件锈蚀。

7、紧急停机。正常运行的发电机组，未按正常停机步骤停机都属于紧急停机。主要有两种情况：（1）发电机组因超速、油压低等故障原因，自行报警停机。（2）在使用过程中，遇到危及人身及设备安全的紧急情况时，发电运行人员按下“紧急停车”按钮，人为机组停车。紧急停机的处理措施：切断电源，用盘车工具人力盘转曲轴，同时用手动机油泵泵油，带机组水温、油温降至60℃以下后，在进行检查处理。

7. Emergency stop. Normal operation of the generator unit, not according to the normal shutdown steps are emergency shutdown. There are two main situations: (1) the generator unit automatically alarms and stops due to overspeed and low oil pressure. (2) In the process of use, in case of emergency endangering personal and equipment safety, the power generation operator presses the "emergency stop" button to stop the unit manually. Treatment measures for emergency shutdown: cut off the power supply, turn the crankshaft manually with turning tool, and pump oil with hand motor oil pump at the same time. After the water temperature and oil temperature of the unit drop to below 60 ℃, check and handle.
