发电机磨合对于使用来讲重要吗?

柴油发电机组磨合是延长寿命的必要措施,柴油机装配和主要摩擦副零件气缸与活塞、活塞环,曲轴轴颈与轴承等,都不可避免地存在着几何形状误差(位置精度误差)等,以及表面微观不平(加工痕迹形成的凸峰和凹痕)。因此,相配合的两个零件实际接触面积较小,而单位面积上的负荷较大,摩擦磨损严重。此外,由于零件表面的微观不平而不易形成油膜(被凸峰破坏),使磨损加剧。如果在这种善下柴油机高速度高负荷的工作,摩擦副零件表面的凸峰严重擦伤或撕裂,金属屑成为磨料,使磨损加剧。严重时造成局部高温溶化变为溶着磨损,形成拉缸烧瓦。其实,由于零件表面粗糙,消耗于摩擦的功率较大,此时柴油机高负荷工作相当于超负荷。因而也加剧零件磨损。

新的或经大修后的柴油发电机组,在正式使用前须经60h磨合运转,方可投入全负荷使用,以改善柴油机各运动部件的工作状况,提高柴油机的运行可靠性和使用寿命。磨合应视柴油机用途和拖载方式的不同,来考虑具体磨合方案。原则上随着磨合时间的增加,分阶段逐步提高柴油机的转速和负载,在整个磨合期内负荷以12h标定功率的50%~80%为宜,转速应不大于标定转速的80%为好。但在磨合的开始阶段,空运转或过小负载情况下的运转时间不宜过长。每当修理更换过缸套、活塞、活塞环、连杆轴瓦和曲拐等零部件后,亦应按上述磨合工况适当进行短期磨合。
