沼气发电机组曲轴箱通气孔要保持通畅

沼气发电机组凸轮轴的轴向间隙的调整。凸轮轴工作时由于受热膨胀,需留有一定的轴向间隙。但间隙过大,超过2.5mm,将引起凸轮轴轴向窜动,加剧零件磨损,而且由于凸轮轴位置的改变,将引起配气相位的变动,影响山东沼气发电机组的正常工作。因此,应对凸轮轴进行轴向定位。
