在装配柴油机以前，应将进气管垫排气管垫汽缸盖出水管垫水泵与汽缸盖出水管接口垫片石棉纸电工刀小木锤公斤力扳手套筒开口扳手梅花扳手及其他与装配有关的零件和工具全部备齐，防止在装配时缺东少西，力争达到完美。对于应该进行清洗除尘除锈的零部件要全部清洗干净。
