发电机组转速不稳定

　　The speed of the generator set is unstable

　　检查焦化发电机的调速器调速主副弹簧是否变形，飞锤滚轮销孔和座架是否磨损松动，油泵齿轮和齿杆配合是否得当等。

　　Check whether the main and auxiliary springs of the speed regulator of the coking generator are deformed, whether the pin hole and seat of the flying hammer roller are worn and loose, and whether the oil pump gear and gear rod are properly matched.

　　找出故障原因后，磨损部件予以更换，间隙不当的机件予以调整，使调速器恢复正常。

　　After identifying the cause of the malfunction, replace the worn parts and adjust the parts with improper clearances to restore the governor to normal.

　　励磁电流不稳定

　　停机检查发电机励磁回路调节电位器和旋转整流器接线是否良好，并进行必要的检修。

　　用500v兆欧表查找交流同步发电机或交流励磁机励磁绕组对地绝缘是否受损，并修复。

　　Use a 500V megohmmeter to check if the insulation of the excitation winding of the AC synchronous generator or AC exciter to ground is damaged and repair it.

　　检查励磁回路AVR电路，查明电路故障点，更换损坏的元器件。

　　Check the excitation circuit AVR circuit, identify the fault point of the circuit, and replace damaged components.

　　发电机组频率不稳

　　The frequency of the generator set is unstable

　　检查发电机组问题和调速控制系统问题，例如喷油器雾化效果、喷油泵工作情况等。

　　Check for issues with the generator set and speed control system, such as the atomization effect of the fuel injector and the operation of the fuel injection pump.

　　清洗油污、油泥，紧固各部螺丝，检查涡轮增压器、PT泵、喷油器等部件的磨损程度，并进行必要的调校或更换。

　　Clean oil stains and sludge, tighten all screws, check the wear of components such as turbocharger, PT pump, and fuel injector, and make necessary adjustments or replacements.
