一、机房设置要合理

1、 The setting of the computer room should be reasonable

1、燃气发电机组机房一般采用敞开式或半敞开式，地面要平整易清理。

1. The gas generator room generally adopts an open or semi open type, and the ground should be flat and easy to clean.

2、封闭式机房，应按防爆要求设计，须是单层建筑，门窗一律外开，设置大流量排风装置，减少可燃气体积聚等。

2. The enclosed computer room should be designed according to explosion-proof requirements, and must be a single-story building with all doors and windows open outwards. A large flow exhaust device should be installed to reduce the accumulation of combustible gas volume.

3、机房与操作间应隔开，观察窗口应用双层玻璃，且有钢丝网防护。

3. The computer room and the operation room should be separated, and the observation window should be double glazed and protected by steel wire mesh.

4、机房应设有避雷装置。

5、燃气发电机组运行现场不得有明火，需有“严禁烟火”等警示标志。

2、设置紧急阀门，以备厂房内发生紧急情况时，可切断气源，此阀门应离操作间较近。

3、燃气发电机组机房内要安置燃气浓度报警器。

三、燃气管道要达标并及时检修

1、燃气管道应采用管壁较厚的钢管，接头处要密封要好。

1. Gas pipelines should use thick steel pipes with good sealing at the joints.

2、定期检查阀门，发现问题要及时维修或更换。

2. Regularly inspect valves and promptly repair or replace any problems found.

3、燃气管线上的胶管应定期换，禁用老化胶管。

3. The rubber hoses on the gas pipeline should be replaced regularly and aged rubber hoses should be prohibited.

4、对燃气发电机组及燃气管线进行检修时，须切断燃气来源并将内燃气排净，未查明事故原因和采取相应措施前，不得向燃气设施恢复送气。进行维护检修时，应采取防爆措施或使用防爆工具，严禁用铁器等工具进行敲击作业。
