燃气发电机组电机起动故障原因分析

燃气发电机组的起动系统包括起动马达、蓄电池、起动继电器、起动开关和起动按钮。起动马达通过导线依次与起动继电器、蓄电池的正极相连;电源负极则与起动开关相连,以实现搭铁;继电器则由起动按钮控制。由此,可从以下部分进行故障排查。

(1)检查蓄电池电压:发电机使用的是24V铅酸起动蓄电池。使用万用表测量蓄电池电压,正常应保持在25~28V之间,如果电压低于正常范围,将导致发动机起动转速低于l10~180r/min的正常标准,点火控制器不能发出点火指令,发动机就无法起动。
(1) Check the battery voltage: the generator uses 24V lead-acid starting battery. Use a multimeter to measure the battery voltage, which should normally be kept between 25-28v. If the voltage is lower than the normal range, the engine starting speed will be lower than the normal standard of l10-180r / min. if the ignition controller fails to send the ignition command, the engine will not start.

(2)检查连接导线紧固:燃气发电机在运行时,机体本身产生震动,使蓄电池至起动马达间连接线松动或脱落。

(3)检查起动继电器:使用万用表测量继电器线圈和接触点,接触不良应及时进行调整或修磨触点;如线圈烧坏,则更换起动继电器。

(4)电动马达:起动马达本身故障机率较少,但也不能排除。判断起动马达的动作情况可在起动发动机的瞬间用手背试探起动马达的外壳,如起动马达无动静且外壳冰冷,说明马达未动作。或是起动马达严重发烫,有股刺激的焦味,则马达线圈已烧坏。
(4) Electric motor: the failure probability of the starting motor itself is less, but it cannot be eliminated. To judge the action of the starting motor, use the back of your hand to test the shell of the starting motor at the moment of starting the engine. If the starting motor is not moving and the shell is cold, it means that the motor is not acting. Or if the starting motor is severely hot and has a pungent burning smell, the motor coil has been burnt out.
