首先检查增压器，确认增压器是合格品，一般可以从增压器的使用情况来分析，如使用环境灰尘大，引起空滤清器堵塞造成负压达5.5kPa以上，即会造成增压器压气端漏油；汽车在山区下大坡，沼气发电机组不加油门低速行驶15分钟以上，增压器中压叶轮背面建立不起气封形成真空也会引起增压器压气端漏油。只要经常保养空滤清器，沼气发电机组怠速时间不要过长，这种假性漏油现象即可排除。如果环境施工行驶状况无法改变，只要经常清除空滤的灰尘，清除增压器压壳出口以及压壳出口管道内的油渍，这种假性漏油不影响沼气发电机组的正常使用。

As long as the air filter is regularly maintained, the idle time of biogas generator set should not be too long, and this false oil leakage can be eliminated. If the environmental construction driving conditions cannot be changed, as long as the dust of the air filter and the oil stains in the pressure shell outlet of the supercharger and the pipeline at the pressure shell outlet are removed frequently, this false oil leakage will not affect the normal use of the biogas generator set.

2、机油压力过高会引起增压器漏油

增压器的进油压力过高也是引起增压器漏油的原因之一。当我们经检查确认增压器是合格品，而又发现沼气发电机组的机油压远高于说明书的规定，则要检查沼气发电机组的润滑系统，调压阀是否卡死或失灵，沼气发电机组的机油压力正常了，增压器的漏油即可排除。

3、回油不畅会造成增压器漏油

增压器的回油是靠油的自重从增压器回油管回入沼气发电机组中，如果回油管出现缩节和阻塞，增压器的回油不畅，增压器会出现两端渗漏机油。应排除回油不畅，在增压器完好的情况下，故障也即排除。

If the oil return pipe shrinks and blocks, the oil return of the supercharger is not smooth, and the oil leakage at both ends of the supercharger will occur. The poor oil return shall be eliminated. 4、沼气发电机组在施工中频繁停车起动

沼气发电机组在施工中频繁停车起动，会引起增压器中间壳涡轮端结焦；同时引起中间壳回油腔结焦，使增压器回油腔缩小回油不畅产生漏油，应检查各易损件是否完好，并清除结焦。

5、沼气发电机组窜气严重会造成增压器的回油不畅、增压器漏油

有些增压器发现漏油甚至两端漏油，经检查增压器是合格品，进油回油也正常，再进行拆检发现增压器主轴中段（二浮动轴承之间）有很厚的油垢还有些发硬，铲除清洗后发现主轴中段变淡黄色且增压器回油管中亦有油垢，从以上现象可以判断为沼气发电机组窜气引起增压器的回油不畅。更换沼气发电机组四配套排除沼气发电机组下窜气，对增压器、回油管进行清洗，故障即可排除。
