燃气发电机组的工作应该注意什么?

发动机与发电机同轴连接,并置于整机底盘上,再将消声器和调速器连接在发动机上,由燃气源通入发动机内的燃气通道,连接在发动机上带拉绳的反冲起动器以及连接在发电机输出端的电压调节器。其中燃气源内置放的可燃气体是天然气,或液化石油气,或沼气。使用燃气发电机组与汽油发电机组,柴油发电机组相比降低了对环境的污染,是一种环保节能型的发电机。而且结构简单,使用安全可靠,输出的电压和频率稳定。

The engine is coaxially connected with the generator and placed on the chassis of the whole machine. Then, the muffler and governor are connected to the engine. The gas source is connected to the gas channel in the engine, and connected to the recoil starter with pull rope on the engine and the voltage regulator connected to the output end of the generator. The combustible gas in the gas source is natural gas, liquefied petroleum gas or biogas. Compared with gasoline generator set and diesel generator set, the use of gas generator set can reduce the pollution to the environment, which is an environmental protection and energy-saving generator. Moreover, the structure is simple, the use is safe and reliable, and the output voltage and frequency are stable.

过滤装置用于保护燃气管路的阀门,过滤网的孔径应不大于1.5MM。燃气稳压过滤装置是燃气输配过程的主要和关键设备,主要承担调压和稳压的功能,同时还要承担过滤、计量、加臭、气体分配等一项或多项功能。

沼气发电机组

The filter device is used to protect the valve of gas pipeline, and the aperture of filter screen shall not be greater than 1.5mm. Gas pressure stabilizing and filtering device is the main and key equipment in the process of gas transmission and distribution. It mainly undertakes the functions of pressure regulating and stabilizing, and also undertakes one or more functions such as filtering, metering, odorization, gas distribution, etc.

稳压阀出口气压的波动在整个燃烧调节范围内应不超过±5%。如气阀列组配置独立稳压阀,其进气口前端应配置独立的过滤装置,避免堵塞稳压阀内的。

The fluctuation of pressure at the outlet of pressure stabilizing valve shall not exceed ± 5% in the whole combustion regulation range. If the air valve array is equipped with independent pressure stabilizing valve, the front end of the air inlet shall be equipped with independent filtering device to avoid blocking the pressure inside the pressure stabilizing valve.

分析了天然气发动机电控系统的基本工作原理、电控系统组成等,包括空气进气系统、天然气供气系统等,并基于GT-Power建立了天然气发动机一维仿真平均值模型,包括利用神经网络对相关变量关系进行训练、相关损失的标定等;进而在分析天然气发动机与发电机匹配的基础上,研究了燃气发电机组的控制策略,并基于PID控制与神经网络控制算法对天然气发动机电控系统控制策略进行了设计与仿真验证。结果表明,所设计的控制策略能较好的实现天然气发动机的转速控制,确保了燃气发电机组的工作稳定性。

The basic working principle and composition of the electronic control system of natural gas engine are analyzed, including air intake system and natural gas supply system. Then the relationship between natural gas engine and generator is analyzed On the basis of matching, the control strategy of gas generator set is studied, and the control strategy of electronic control system of natural gas engine is designed and simulated based on PID control and neural network control algorithm. The results show that the designed control strategy can better realize the speed control of natural gas engine and ensure the working stability of gas generator set.
