Since the 1980s, China began to discuss the gas power generation technology. With the development of gas power generation technology, gas internal combustion engine, as the main equipment of gas power generation, has the characteristics of simple system, sensitive operation, high power generation efficiency, short start-up time, low gas supply pressure and wide range of gas concentration compliance. Gas-fired internal combustion generating units have been more and more widely used in gas power generation. Gas internal combustion engine has certain requirements for methane volume percentage, water content, dust content, dust particle size, intake pressure and so on. The gas source of the power plant is extracted directly from the underground, which is shaky. Therefore, it is necessary to stop the purification and disposal of the extracted gas and select a reasonable delivery system to meet the needs of the gas-fired internal combustion engine and ensure the safe operation of the gas-fired internal combustion generating units.
2. Gas delivery technology
The gas passes through the gas drainage station and is pumped out through the pipeline by a vacuum pump to be sent to the gas storage tank. A gas pressurization station is set up in the power plant to pressurize the gas and reach the request of gas parameters and quality at the entrance of the gas internal combustion engine after purification and dehumidification, so as to supply the gas internal combustion engine for use.
Gas delivery system generally includes the following links: stopping storage, pressurization, dehydration and filtration of gas extracted from underground mine. Because the gas is flammable and explosive, it should be installed safely in the system.
According to the volume percentage of methane in the gas, the gas delivery system can be divided into two kinds. The high concentration delivery system should be used when the volume percentage of methane is 25% or more, and the low concentration delivery system should be used when the volume percentage of methane is between 6% and 25%. 2.1 High Concentration Gas Guarantee Technology
The vacuum pump located in the gas drainage station pumps out the underground gas through the pipeline and sends it to the gas storage tank first.
A water seal valve is installed on the inlet and outlet pipelines of the gas storage tank, which can prevent fire. When the volume percentage of methane in the gas is less than 25%, close the fast cut-off valve and turn over the empty valve to ensure the volume percentage of methane in the gas storage tank. The outlet pipeline of the gas storage tank is also equipped with a quick shut-off valve. When the gas pressure system is defective, the connection with the gas storage tank is cut off rapidly.
The gas inlet and outlet pipelines of gas storage tanks are equipped with bypass valves. When the gas storage tanks are out of service, the gas is supplied by bypass.
The gas is guaranteed to the gas pressurized fan through the pipeline. The inlet main pipe of the pressurized fan is equipped with dehydration installation to avoid water in the gas affecting the operation of the delivery and follow-up equipment. Pressure fans are usually equipped with two sets, one with one set. The outlet of pressurized fan is equipped with filtering installation to remove impurities such as dust. Because of the greater resistance of filtering installation and the less dust contained in gas, it does not affect the operation of pressurized fan, so it is not usually installed at the inlet of pressurized fan. Single main pipe is used for inlet and outlet of pressurized fan. The inlet of pressurized fan is equipped with partition valve, the outlet is equipped with safety valve, partition valve and so on. The outlet main pipe is equipped with partition valve, fast shut-off valve, flame arrester and flow measurement installation. When the gas-fired internal combustion generating unit or pressure system is in trouble, the fast shut-off valve can quickly cut off the connection between the two.
The gas passes through the pipeline and is guaranteed to the main workshop. It is connected to each gas-fired internal combustion generator set. The inlet pipeline of the internal combustion engine is equipped with a partition valve, a filter, a flame arrester, a fast shut-off valve and a flow regulating valve.
