The excess fuel flows back to the inlet of the fuel pump or directly back to the diesel tank through the pressure limiting valve on the filter or the fuel injection pump and the return pipe. A very small number of diesel oil leakage from the fuel injector also flows back to the diesel oil tank through the return pipe.
Fault two, fuel injection pump can not generate high-pressure oil mist.
Blockage of nozzle valve, stuck of injection pump string, improper sealing of oil delivery valve, poor function of oil supply regulating lever, failure of oil delivery pump and damage of related parts all lead to high pressure oil mist.
Fault three, fuel injection timing is not allowed.
The diesel engine has the reasons of putter roller and cam wear, fuel injection pump drive parts failure and improper adjustment.
