不同层次的瓦斯发电机系统的特点介绍

中国现有煤层气发电技术有很多种,但是如何选择瓦斯发电机组,需求依据实践状况选择,我国煤层气呈现的特性是:甲烷含量低、浓度动摇大。这直接招致其不能像自然气那样大范围的开采和应用。目前国内的煤层气应用主要集中在甲烷浓度大于或等于30%的这局部,如今有两种应用方式,一是供居民运用,二是停止瓦斯发电,五种适用于各种煤层气发电技术比拟如下:

There are many kinds of coal-bed methane (CBM) power generation technologies in China, but how to select gas generating units depends on the actual situation. The characteristics of CBM in China are low methane content and high concentration fluctuation. This directly leads to the fact that it can not be exploited and applied on a large scale like natural gas. At present, the domestic application of CBM is mainly concentrated in the area where methane concentration is greater than or equal to 30%. Now there are two ways of application, one is for residents to use it, the other is to stop generating electricity from gas. Five kinds of technologies for generating electricity from coal-bed methane are compared as follows:

一、燃气内燃机发电系统

I. Gas-fired Internal Combustion Engine Power Generation System

优点:热效率较高;构造紧凑、重量轻,适于挪动;启动便当;可选功率范围宽;对瓦斯浓度顺应性强;

Advantages: high thermal efficiency; compact structure, light weight, suitable for moving; easy start; wide range of optional power; strong compliance with gas concentration;

缺陷:构造复杂,噪音大;熄灭不完整,废气中CH、CO、NOX 等污染物含量较高;

Defects: Complex structure, high noise, incomplete quenching, high content of CH, CO, NOX and other pollutants in exhaust gas;

二、燃气轮机发电系统

II. Gas Turbine Power Generation System

优点:构造简单、紧凑,运转维护便当;单机功率大;启动快捷、运转平稳;毛病率低、自动化水平高;

Advantages: simple structure, compact, convenient operation and maintenance; high single-machine power; fast start-up, smooth operation; low defect rate, high automation level;

缺陷:小型燃气轮机价钱昂贵,效率小,对瓦斯浓度请求较高40%以上;

Defects: Small gas turbines are expensive, inefficient and require more than 40% higher gas concentration.

三、蒸汽轮机发电系统

优点:较好的应用余热;技术较为成熟,主要用于结合循环发电;

Advantages: better application of waste heat; more mature technology, mainly used for combined cycle power generation;

缺陷:设备庞大、复杂不能挪动;初投资大,低负荷运转时效率低;对瓦斯浓度请求高30%以上;

Defects: the equipment is huge, complex and can not be moved; the initial investment is large, the efficiency of low-load operation is low; the request for gas concentration is higher than 30%;

四、热电联产

IV. Cogeneration of Heat and Power

优点:热效率高、污染小、环境代价低;节约用水、占地俭省、设备灵敏;

Advantages: high thermal efficiency, low pollution, low environmental cost, water saving, land saving, sensitive equipment;

缺陷:仅适用于大型电站 ;

Defects: Only suitable for large-scale power plants;

五、混合熄灭

V. Mixed extinction

优点:减少 SO2、NOX 的排放;减少纯燃煤时的结垢;投资少, 技术风险小;

Advantages: reduce SO2, NOX emissions; reduce scaling in pure coal combustion; less investment, less technical risk;

缺陷:对水质请求高;锅炉的功率必需足够大仅适用于大型电站;

Defects: High requirement for water quality; Boiler power must be large enough for large-scale power plants;
