燃气发电机组余热怎么利用?

1、烟气型。利用烟气的余热共同汲取式制冷机组,给商务住宅楼制冷。

1. Smoke type. The waste heat of flue gas is used to co draw the refrigeration unit to cool the commercial residential buildings.

2、热水型。利用发电机的余热可以孕育产生90℃乃至更高温度的热水。这种要领紧张给厌氧发酵池保温或是供生存热水。

2, hot water type. The heat generated by generators can produce hot water at 90 or even higher temperatures. This important point is to keep the anaerobic fermentation tank warm or to provide living hot water.

3、蒸汽型。利用烟气的余热可以孕育产生饱和蒸汽大概过热蒸汽。一样平常,一台1MW的沼气发电机组,可以孕育产生1.0吨左右,蒸汽压力为0.6MPa的饱和蒸汽,作为蒸汽利用。

3. Steam type. The surplus heat of flue gas can be used to produce saturated steam or superheated steam. As usual, a single MW biogas generator can produce saturated steam of about 1.0 tons at a steam pressure of 0.6 MPa for steam utilization.

4、发电型。利用发电机余热,共同螺杆膨胀动力机发电。一台1MW的天燃气发电机组,利用排烟余热,可以配置一台70KW的螺杆膨胀动力机发电。

将余热回收系统与发电机组集成化安装于一个公用地盘上,从而实现对发电机组的余热进行回收,燃气综合热效率可达85%以上。依据用户的不同需求,分别可产生热水、蒸汽以及通过热吸收机组制冷。

The waste heat recovery system is integrated with the generator set on a common site to recover the waste heat of the generator set. The comprehensive thermal efficiency of the gas can reach over 85%. According to the different needs of users, hot water, steam and refrigeration units can be generated by heat absorption.
