焦化尾气发电使用技术的发展

我国焦化厂数目众多,焦化厂的副产品——焦化尾气(煤气)资源十分丰富。采用内燃机发电,一次性投资小,建站周期短,功率范围可根据焦化尾气产量的大小确定,并且搬迁十分方便,这非常适合于中小型焦化厂。数台焦化尾气发电机组并车构成电站,可自成一个小电网,也可并进大电网,同样能够满足大型焦化厂使用要求。正常情况下使用焦化尾气发电驱动作业机械,当气源出现题目或焦化尾气发电机组需要检验时,可以使用原配套电网,使生产、生活不受影响,降低生产本钱,进步经济效益。因此内燃机组发电是目前解决焦化尾气应用题目的一条好途径。

内燃机利用焦化尾气发电还具有以下特点:

(1)建设周期短。正常条件下,采用内燃机建设一个总装机容量为2000kW的电站,建设周期一般在20天左右。

(2)可以实现焦化厂安全生产的双回路供电。利用焦化尾气发电,能够改善供电条件,实现双回路供电,尤其对处于用电紧张地区的焦化厂,可以不受外界供电的影响,保证生产的正常运行。
