柴油发电机组温度过高如何处理及预防

  为了防止夏季柴油发电机组冷却液温度过高,在使用过程中,应该注意如下几个方面:

  (1)正确使用封闭式冷却系

  现代汽车发动机都采用封闭式冷却系,散热器盖是密封的,并增添了一个膨胀水箱。发动机工作时,冷却液蒸气进入膨胀水箱内,冷却后又流回散热器,可防止冷却液大量蒸发损失,并可提高冷却液的沸点温度。该冷却系应使用具有防腐蚀、防沸、防冻和防水垢的优质冷却液,并且在使用中必须保证密封,才能收到效果。

  这一点是提高散热效能的重要条件之一。散热器外部沾有泥土、油污或散热片因碰撞变形时,均会影响风的通过,散热器散热效果变差,造成冷却液温度过高。因此散热器出现这种情况应及时清洗或者修整。另外,冷却系内积有水垢、泥砂或油污时,都会影响冷却液的传热。加注劣质冷却液或水,将会造成冷却系积垢增多,而水垢的传热能力只有金属的几十分之一,从而冷却效果变差。所以冷却系中应加注优质的冷却液。

  (3)保持冷却液量充足当发动机处于冷态时,冷却液液面应该位于膨胀水箱的高和低标志之间(图 1)口如果液面低于膨胀水箱的低标志时,应及时添加。注意,膨胀水箱内的冷却液不能注满,应该留有膨胀余地。

  (4)保持柴油发电机组风扇皮带张紧力适度

  风扇皮带过松,使水泵转速过低,影响冷却液的循环,并会加速皮带的磨损。但皮带过紧,又会使水泵轴承磨损。另外,皮带上不能沾有油污。因此,应定期检查调整风扇皮带的张紧力。检查时,用拇指按压皮带中部,如图 2所示,约98N的力。如果皮带挠度约为10-15mm,表明风扇皮带张紧力合适。否则,应给予调整。调整时,可以移动发电机定位螺栓位置,来改变皮带张紧力。如果更换新的风扇皮带,检测张紧力时,皮带挠度约为8-10mm合适。

  (5)避免发动机在大负荷工作时间过长发动机负荷很大时,会引起冷却液温度过高。例如有些功率小的柴油发电机为了多拉快跑而加大油门,有些柴油机在夏季使空调长时间运转等,都容易造成发动机“开锅”现象。因此,为防止发动机温度过高,应及时换入低速挡,以造当减轻发动机负荷。
