  天然气发电机组采用盆型结构有两个原因。天然气发电机组

  1、可以减小压缩比。天然气发电机组的压缩比不能太大,否则容易爆燃。天然气发动机采用8.3:1的压缩比,而柴油机压缩比为14:1。

  2、天然气发动机没有像柴油机那样要求油-空气在燃烧室内形成气相混合物,因此其活塞顶部为平形的,而且由于天然气发动机燃烧室温度比柴油机高许多,若做成各种形状,则边缘、底台和口缘处将因持续高温而烧坏。
