燃气发电机组尾气余热装置的使用

(1)热管余热锅炉。热管余热锅炉的主要部件是汽包和热管管束。汽包设计与蒸汽锅炉相同,取决于所需要的蒸汽参数。热管工质、管材取决于烟气和蒸汽参数。热管管束的受热端置于燃气发动机的烟道内,放热端插在余热锅炉的汽包内。

当高温烟气横掠热管受热端后,热管吸收烟气余热,放热端放出热量,使汽包内液体沸腾相变,产生一定压力和温度的蒸汽,再经蒸汽主控制阀输出,用于原油及天然气场站的工艺加热热源。汽包内的水一般要经过软化及除氧处理。按蒸汽锅炉的要求汽包上要设有安全阀、水位报警器和水位自动调节器等安全设施。

(2)热管换热器。通常在油田燃气发动机上采用的热管换热器主要用于油田场站热水采暖及管线伴热、洗浴热水。参加换热的流体一边是采暖、伴热、洗浴循环用水,另一边是发动机排出的高温烟气。一组带翅片的热管安装在换热器的内隔板上,冷、热介质流区由隔板分开。

(2) heat pipe heat exchanger. 置于烟气流中的热管加热端,往往采用翅片管;置于冷却段的循环水流道内,通常采用光管。隔板间要保证有良好的密封。在水侧压力较高时,壳体应按压力容器标准进行设计。热管换热器要比常规的管式换热器的传热系数提高4~10倍,其体积小,造价低,维修管理方便。

3)热管空气预热器。热管空气预热器的应用主要是借鉴了在寒冷地区解决机组冬季运行时发生喘震的工程实例。这种热管空气预热器可以根据环境温度需求,将许多根热管进行不同形式的组装,组成不同尺寸的热管空气预热器,、一般进预热器的烟气温度不高于600qc,出预热器的烟气温度在130~150℃,以防烟气结露腐蚀热管。

另外,空气侧及烟气侧的压力损失要尽可能小,以减少风机的一次投资和运行费用。只有减少排烟侧阻力,满足设备厂家要求,才可以保证发动机组的正常运行,这也是炫风节能在热管余热同收装置设计中着重考虑的问题。
