(1) heat pipe waste heat boiler. The main components of the heat pipe waste heat boiler are the steam drum and the heat pipe bundle. The design of a steam drum is the same as that of a steam boiler, depending on the required steam parameters. The heat pipe working fluid and pipe depends on flue gas and steam parameters. The heat end of the heat pipe bundle is placed in the flue gas engine's flue, and the exothermic end is inserted in the steam package of the waste heat boiler.
When the high temperature flue gas across the heated end after the heat pipe to absorb the waste heat of the flue gas heat end heat is released, the boiling liquid in the drum, the steam produced certain pressure and temperature, and is output by a steam control valve, heating source process for crude oil and natural gas station. The water in the drum is usually treated by softening and deoxidizing. According to the requirements of steam boiler, safety valves, water level alarm and water level automatic regulator should be set up on the steam boiler.
(2) heat pipe heat exchanger. Usually the heat pipe heat exchanger used in oil field gas engine is mainly used in the hot water heating of oil field stations and the heat and bath hot water in the pipeline. One side of the heat transfer fluid is heating, heat tracing, bathing cycle water, and the high temperature flue gas from the other side of the engine. A group of heat pipes with fins are installed on the inner baffles of the heat exchanger, and the cold and hot medium flow areas are separated by the baffles.
Finned tubes are often used in the heating end of the heat pipe in the flue gas flow, and the tube is usually used in the circulating flow channel of the cooling section. A good seal should be ensured between the baffles. When the water side pressure is high, the shell should be designed according to the pressure vessel standard. The heat transfer coefficient of heat pipe is 4~10 times higher than that of the conventional tube type heat exchanger. It is small in volume, low in cost and convenient in maintenance and management.
3) heat pipe air preheater. The application of the heat pipe air preheater mainly refers to the engineering example of solving the asthmatic shock during the winter operation in the cold area. The heat pipe air preheater according to ambient temperature requirements, many heat pipes are assembled in different forms, different size of the heat pipe air preheater, flue gas temperature, general into the preheater is not higher than 600qc, the temperature of flue gas preheater at 130~150 DEG C to prevent corrosion of flue gas condensation heat pipe.
In addition, the pressure loss of the air side and the smoke side should be as small as possible to reduce the cost of the first investment and operation of the fan. Only by reducing smoke side resistance and meeting the requirements of equipment manufacturers, can we ensure the normal operation of the engine group. This is also a problem to be considered in the design of the heat pipe co heat recovery device.
