瓦斯发电机组配气机构的组成特点

1、轮轴

凸轮轴装在机体V型夹角中央座孔内。按一定方位顺序排列24个凸轮,驱动滚轮摇臂上下摆动,经挺杆及气缸盖上的气门摇臂和摇臂横桥,定时地控制着两个同名气门启闭。

瓦斯发电机组的滚轮摇臂轴由三段结构完全相同的轴组成,每段滚轮摇臂轴上均装有四个滚轮摇臂,分别控制对称布局的两个气缸的进、排气门开、闭。

3、配气机构的工作过程

在瓦斯发电机组正常工作过程中,曲轴通过齿轮的传动,带动凸轮轴运转。由于凸轮桃型曲线的原因,当某个凸轮的挑形与其对应的滚轮摇臂接触时,该滚轮摇臂就以滚轮摇臂轴为轴心向上转动,推动挺杆向上运动,将进气摇臂一端顶起,另一端则下压横桥中部,横桥两触头与两同名气门杆顶部同时接触,克服气门弹簧阻力,将两同名气门压开。当凸轮的挑形转离与其对应的滚轮摇臂时,两同名气门就在气门弹簧的作用下恢复到关闭状态。
