1、检查焦化发电机组机油油位是否在标示刻度线以内，不够加同型号机油至标示线以内。

2、检查冷却液是否在水箱盖以下6mm左右，不够加清水至上述位置。

3、检查电解液液位是否在极板面上15mm左右，不够加蒸馏水至上述位置。

启动中

Starting

1、使得控制屏上各按钮已经复位，将速度操作手柄调到怠速位置

1. Make all buttons on the control screen have been reset, and adjust the speed operating handle to the idle position

2、把钥匙转到开的位置，按下启动按钮焦化发电机启动。

2. Turn the key to the on position and press the start button to start the coking generator.

3、将速度调节手柄慢慢上调直至电压为400V;频率、50赫芝时拧紧固定手柄螺母，发电机正常运行。

3. Slowly raise the speed adjusting handle until the voltage is 400V; Tighten the fixed handle nut when the frequency is 50 Hz, and the generator operates normally.

4、焦化发电机正常情况下，一次启动着车或三次启动着车，如果焦化发电机组三次不能启动着车，控制面板上的故障指示灯亮，此时应查明原因并排除故障再启动。

4. Under normal conditions, the coking generator starts and stops at one time or three times. If the coking generator unit cannot start and stops at three times, the fault indicator light on the control panel is on. At this time, find out the cause and eliminate the fault before starting.

5、启动着车后应检查有无噪音或震动，有无漏油，有无漏水，漏气现象，控制屏有无异常显示，在开机10~15秒内油压应达到正常范围（（35~60p.s.i）如有不正常情况应做出相应的整改，待正常后合上发电机总开关开始供电。

5. The oil pressure should reach the normal range ((35~60p.s.i) within 10~15 seconds of starting the machine. Shutdown

1、先扳下发电机总开关，让发电机空载运行5分钟，然后把调速手柄扳到怠速位置运行5分钟再扳到STOP的位置，焦化发电机停机。

1. First pull down the main switch of the generator and let the generator run without load for 5 minutes, then turn the speed control handle to the idle position for 5 minutes, and then turn it to the stop position, and the coking generator stops.

2、如有紧急情况需停车，可以不扳下发电机总开关直接将调速手柄扳到的位置焦化发电机停机。
