发电机组燃气机高速运转不稳定的现象

发电机组燃气机在无负荷时高速运转不稳定多与调速器有关,一般情况下大多数工作输出扭矩*大的中速范围,因为这一转速范围燃气机的动力性好且省油。柴油机高速运转不稳定的现象,其判断与排除步骤是;检查稳速弹簧是否损坏。稳速弹簧既对怠速稳定起作用,也对高速运转的稳定产生影响。若稳速弹簧总成因磨损而卡滞,或因长期使用疲劳而变软,都必须进行修复或更换。
