1、检查传动胶带：检查胶带是否有裂纹，如出现纵向和横向贯穿的裂纹，胶带磨损或材料剥落等现象，应更换胶带。在胶带的大跨距处测量其挠度。大挠度不应大于13mm。如有胶带张紧力测量仪，可在胶带大跨距处测量其张力，张力极限为360～490N。

1. Check the drive belt: check whether there are cracks on the belt. If there are longitudinal and transverse cracks, belt wear or material peeling, replace the belt. Measure the deflection of the tape at the large span. Large deflection should not be more than 13mm. If there is a belt tension measuring instrument, the tension can be measured at the large span of the belt, and the tension limit is 360 ~ 490N.

2、定期清洗滤清器，清除积尘盖上的尘土，细心地刷去纸质芯清上的尘土，也可以用打气筒从滤芯孔向外吹出尘土，防止纸质滤芯损坏，如破损则应更换。

2. Clean the filter regularly, remove the dust on the dust cover, and carefully brush the dust on the paper core. You can also use the air pump to blow out the dust from the center hole of the filter element to prevent the paper filter element from being damaged. If it is damaged, replace it.

3、更换冷却液滤清器：车辆停止运行后，务必等冷却液温度低于50C后，方可拆下散热器加水盖。在更换冷却液滤清器前，先关闭进出水截流阀，以防止热的冷却液喷雾伤人！拆下冷却液滤清器并清洁滤清座密封平面。先在滤清器密封橡胶垫圈表面涂一层薄机油，再安装冷却液滤清器，拧紧力矩24±2N.m。

3. Replace the coolant filter: after the vehicle stops running, be sure to wait until the coolant temperature is lower than 50c before removing the radiator water cap. Before changing the coolant filter, close the inlet and outlet valve to prevent the spray from injure. Remove the coolant filter and clean the sealing surface of the filter base. Apply a thin layer of engine oil on the surface of the sealing rubber gasket of the filter, and then install the coolant filter. The tightening torque is 24 & plusmn; 2N.m。

4、安装完后，务必打开燃气发电机组冷却液滤清器进出水截流阀，再装上散热器加水盖。

4. After installation, be sure to open the inlet and outlet shut-off valve of the coolant filter of the gas generator set, and then install the radiator water cap.
