  烟气余热回收通常采用两种方法:一是对工件进行预热;第二种是使空气变暖以供燃烧。烟气预热工件需要占用较大的换热空间,这往往受到工作场所的限制(间歇式加热炉不能采用这种方法)。预热空气燃烧是一种较好的方法,一般配置在加热炉中,还可以增强燃烧,加快加热炉的升温速度,提高加热炉的热工性能。这既满足了工艺要求,又能取得显著的综合节能效果。
  There are two methods for flue gas waste heat recovery: one is preheating the workpiece; the other is warming the air for combustion. The preheating of workpieces by flue gas needs to occupy a large heat exchange space, which is often limited by the workplace (this method cannot be used for intermittent heating furnace).
