瓦斯发电机组有哪些常见的操作错误

  错误操作一:在机油缺乏时运转。此时会因机油供应缺乏而形成各摩擦副外表供油缺乏,招致异常磨损或烧伤。为此,瓦斯发电机起步前和柴油机运转过程中要保证机油充足,避免由于缺油而惹起拉缸、烧瓦毛病。

  Wrong operation 1: operate when the oil is insufficient. At this time, due to the lack of oil supply, the surface of each friction pair will be lack of oil supply, resulting in abnormal wear or burn.   错误操作二:带负荷急停机或忽然卸除负荷后立即停机。机发电机熄火后冷却系水的循环中止,散热才能急剧降低,受热件失去冷却,易形成气缸盖、气缸套、气缸体等机件过热,产生裂纹,或使活塞过度收缩卡死在缸套内。另一方面,发电机停机时未经怠速降温,会使摩擦面含油缺乏,当再次启动时会因光滑不良而加剧磨损。因而,瓦斯发电机熄火前应卸除负荷,并逐步降低转速、空载运转几分钟。

  Wrong operation 2: stop the machine immediately after the load is taken off or the load is suddenly removed. Only when the cooling system water circulation stops after the generator of the unit is flamed out can the heat dissipation be sharply reduced, and the heated parts lose cooling, which is easy to cause overheating of the cylinder head, cylinder sleeve, cylinder block and other parts, resulting in cracks, or the excessive contraction of the piston stuck in the cylinder liner. On the other hand, when the generator is stopped without idling, the oil content on the friction surface will be deficient, and the wear will be aggravated due to the poor smoothness when it is started again. Therefore, the gas generator should be unloaded before flameout, and gradually reduce the speed, no-load operation for several minutes.

  错误操作三:冷启动后未暖机就带负荷运转。瓦斯发电机冷机启动时,由于机油黏度大、活动性差,是机油泵供油缺乏,机器摩擦面因缺油光滑不良,形成急剧磨损,以至发作拉缸、烧瓦等毛病。因而,冷却启动后应怠速运转升温,待机油温度到达40℃以上时再带负荷运转;机器起步应挂低速挡,并循序在每一挡位行驶一段里程,直到油温正常、供油充沛后,方可转为正常行驶。

When the gas generator cold engine starts, due to the high viscosity and poor mobility of the oil, it is the lack of oil supply for the oil pump. Because of the lack of oil, the friction surface of the machine is not smooth, resulting in sharp wear and tear, resulting in cylinder pulling, tile burning and other defects. Therefore, after cooling and starting, the engine should be operated at idle speed and heated up. When the oil temperature reaches 40 ℃ or above, the engine should be operated with load. When starting the machine, the engine should be put into low gear and drive for a certain mileage in each gear in sequence until the oil temperature is normal and the oil supply is sufficient.

  错误操作四:冷启动后猛轰油门。若猛轰油门,则瓦斯发电机转速急剧升高,会形成机上的有些摩擦面因产生干摩擦而猛烈磨损。另外,轰油门时活塞、连杆和曲轴受理力变化大,惹起猛烈撞击,易损坏机件。

If the accelerator is slammed, the rotating speed of the gas generator will rise sharply, and some friction surfaces on the machine will be severely worn due to dry friction. In addition, the acceptance force of piston, connecting rod and crankshaft changes greatly when the accelerator is flashed, which causes violent impact and easily damages the parts.

  错误操作五:在冷却水量缺乏或冷却水、机油温渡过高的状况下运转。瓦斯发电机冷却水量缺乏会降低其冷却效果,因得不到有效的冷却而过热;冷却水、机油的油温过高,也会惹起柴油机过热。此时瓦斯发电机气缸盖、气缸套、活塞组件及气门等主要受热负荷大,其机械性能如强度、韧性等急剧降落,使零件变形增加,减小了零件间的配合间隙,加速机件磨损,严重时还会产生裂纹、机件卡住的毛病。瓦斯发电机过热还会恶化熄灭过程,使喷油器工作失常,雾化不良,积炭增加。

  Wrong operation 5: operation under the condition of lack of cooling water or excessive temperature of cooling water and engine oil. The lack of cooling water for gas generator will reduce its cooling effect, and it will overheat due to the lack of effective cooling; the high temperature of cooling water and oil will also cause overheating of diesel engine. At this time, the main heating load of gas generator cylinder head, cylinder sleeve, piston assembly and valve is large, and its mechanical properties such as strength and toughness drop sharply, which increases the deformation of parts, reduces the fitting clearance between parts, accelerates the wear of parts, and even causes the problems of crack and stuck parts. The overheating of gas generator will worsen the extinction process, make the injector work abnormally, atomize badly and accumulate more carbon.
