1内燃机瓦斯发电技术

1. Gas Power Generation Technology of Internal Combustion Engine

内燃式瓦斯发电机组不只可以燃用高浓度瓦斯,还可以燃用低浓度瓦斯。它经过机组燃气闭环控制系统,将瓦斯与空气中的氧自动混合,根据燃烧室容积及压缩比,对空燃比进行精确控制,确保淡漠燃烧及发电做功。自动检测燃气进气温度、燃气进气压力、燃气阀后肯定压力、温度、功率、转速、均值排温等参数,自动调整机组运转工况,习惯现场瓦斯浓度及压力动摇,确保机组平稳运转,具有浓度习惯规模广、抗动摇能力强、自動化程度高的特点。内燃式瓦斯发电机组采用了预燃技术和数字燃烧技术,经过这两项技术,可以有效地增加燃烧能量,下降排汽温度,提高机组功率。

Internal combustion gas generating units can burn not only high concentration gas, but also low concentration gas. Through the closed-loop control system of the unit gas, the gas and oxygen in the air are automatically mixed. According to the volume and compression ratio of the combustion chamber, the air-fuel ratio is accurately controlled to ensure indifferent combustion and efficient power generation. Automatic detection of gas intake temperature, gas intake pressure, gas valve after certain pressure, temperature, power, speed, mean temperature and other parameters, automatic adjustment of the unit operating conditions, habitual site gas concentration and pressure shaking, ensure the smooth operation of the unit, with a wide concentration habit, strong anti-shaking ability, high degree of automation. Pre-combustion technology and digital combustion technology are adopted in internal combustion gas generating units. Through these two technologies, combustion energy can be increased effectively, exhaust temperature can be lowered, and unit power can be increased.

2 高浓度瓦斯运送技术

2 High-concentration Gas Transportation Technology

高浓度瓦斯从抽放站引出经过水封阻火器、气水分离器及干式阻火器至集装箱式气体预处理设备处理后送至发电机组发电,当瓦斯过剩或机组缺点检修时,瓦斯经过火炬燃烧后排空。

High-concentration gas is extracted from the drainage station and sent to the generating unit after being treated by water-sealed flame arrester, gas-water separator and dry flame arrester. When the gas is excessive or the unit is defective, the gas is exhausted after the torch burning.

1.1 集装箱式瓦斯预处理工艺

1.1 Container Gas Pretreatment Technology

气体预处理过程是自动控制的。它将瓦斯进行脱水、除尘、冷却、加压,并对瓦斯流量、浓度、压力、温度、湿度等参数进行监控,根据凝结水水位自动排水和报警。

The gas pretreatment process is automatically controlled. It will dehydrate, dedust, cool and pressurize the gas, and monitor the gas flow rate, concentration, pressure, temperature, humidity and other parameters. It will automatically drain and alarm according to the condensate water level.

1.2 火炬

瓦斯浓度在30%以上的高浓度瓦斯发电工程,当瓦斯发电机组不能消耗一切的瓦斯气时或发电机组缺点、正常检修期间,高浓度瓦斯需放空时,自动点燃火炬燃烧后再排放大气。当瓦斯浓度动摇改变,浓度低于30%时,火炬停止工作,瓦斯直接排空。火炬方式为落地封闭式火炬,流量调度规模根据总的瓦斯流量及机组的装备情况来判定。火炬的处理气量和燃气发电机组的用气量动态匹配。

In high-concentration gas power generation projects with gas concentration above 30%, when the gas generating unit can not consume all the gas, or the shortcomings of the generating unit, during the normal maintenance period, when the high-concentration gas needs to be emptied, it automatically ignites the torch and then discharges the atmosphere. When the gas concentration shakes and changes below 30%, the torch stops working and the gas is directly exhausted. The mode of flare is ground-closed flare, and the scale of flow dispatch is determined by the total gas flow and the equipment of the unit. The processing gas of the torch matches the gas consumption of the gas generator set dynamically.

1.3 低浓度瓦斯运送技术

1.3 Low Concentration Gas Transportation Technology

低浓度瓦斯从抽放站引出运用水位自控式水封阻火泄爆设备、丝网过滤器、瓦斯管道专用阻火器、溢流水封阻火泄爆设备、低温湿式放散阀及低浓度瓦斯与细水雾混合安全运送等技术,完结瓦斯的安全运送,确保机组正常发电。

Low concentration gas is extracted from the drainage station by using water level automatic water seal fire and explosion relief equipment, screen filter, special flame arrester for gas pipeline, overflow water seal fire and explosion relief equipment, low temperature wet release valve and low concentration gas and water mist mixed safe transportation technology to complete the safe transportation of gas and ensure the normal power generation of the unit.

低浓度瓦斯与细水雾混合安全运送系统主要包含细水雾发作系统、脱水系统和控制系统,系统主要由湿式阻火泄爆设备、阻火器、水雾发作器、脱水器、循环水泵、水池及管道阀门组成。

The safe transportation system of low concentration gas and water mist mainly consists of water mist attack system, dehydration system and control system. The system is mainly composed of wet flame retardant and explosion relief equipment, fire retarder, water mist attack device, dehydrator, circulating water pump, pool and pipeline valve.

1.4 余热运用技术

1.4 Waste Heat Utilization Technology

瓦斯发电机组燃烧后的烟气排放温度约为500~600℃。为了节能,在每台机组排气管道上设备一台蒸汽余热锅炉,将软化水经过给水泵送人余热锅炉中回收机组的排气余热,使排烟温度降到150℃左右。生成的蒸汽聚集后送至热用户,凝结水回收至软化水箱循环运用。

The flue gas emission temperature of gas generator set after combustion is about 500 - 600 C. In order to save energy, a steam waste heat boiler is equipped on the exhaust pipe of each unit. Softening water is pumped through the feed water to the waste heat boiler to recover the exhaust heat of the unit, so that the exhaust gas temperature is reduced to about 150 C. The generated steam is gathered and sent to the heat user, and the condensate water is recycled to the softening water tank for recycling.

软化水系统由过滤器、全自动软化水设备、管道泵、软化水箱等组成,软化水作为蒸汽余热锅炉的补水和发电机组内循环冷却水系统补水以及雾化水池的补水。

Softening water system is composed of filters, automatic softening water equipment, pipeline pumps, softening water tanks, etc. Softening water is used as supplementary water for steam waste heat boiler and circulating cooling water system of generator set, as well as supplementary water for atomizing water pool.
