Therefore, the diesel generator should be dismounted before the fire is extinguished, and gradually reduce the rotational speed and run for several minutes without load. (it requires no load running for 3 minutes).

Therefore, the diesel engine should be heated at idle speed after cooling, and the engine oil temperature is above 40 degrees centigrade (when used in winter, when the cooling water reaches 60 degrees C) and then with load operation; the machine should start with low speed gear and run a period of mileage in every position in sequence until oil Wen Zhengchang, oil supply is full, then it can be turned into positive. Heavy throttle of diesel engine after cold start
If the throttle is struck fiercely, the speed of the diesel generator will increase sharply, which will cause some friction surfaces on the machine to wear violently due to dry friction. In addition, the piston, connecting rod and crankshaft receiving force change greatly during the throttle, causing violent impact and easily damaging the machine parts.

Run under insufficient cooling water or high temperature of cooling water and oil.
The insufficient cooling water of diesel generators will reduce the cooling effect. The diesel engine overheat because of the lack of effective cooling; the high temperature of the cooling water and oil will also cause the diesel engine to overheat. At this time, the main heat load of the cylinder head, cylinder sleeve, piston assembly and valve of the diesel generator, such as the mechanical properties such as strength and toughness declined sharply, increased the deformation of the parts, reduced the clearance between parts and accelerated the wear of the machine parts, and also caused the failure of the cracks and the jammed parts of the machine parts.
