燃气发电机组对燃料的要求很关键

发生炉煤气温度≤40℃;

Gas temperature are less than 40;

②发生炉煤气压力3~10kPa,压力变化速率≤1kPa/min;

The gas pressure is 3 ~ 10kPa, the rate of change of pressure is less than 1kPa/min;

③H2S≤200mg/Nm3;

The H2S is less than or equal to 200mg/Nm3;

④NH3≤20mg/Nm3;

The NH3 is less than or equal to 20mg/Nm3;

⑤焦油含量≤50mg/Nm3;

The tar content is less than 50mg/Nm3;

⑥杂质粒度≤5μm,杂质含量≤30mg/Nm3;

The impurity particle size less than or equal to 5 m, the impurity content is less than 30mg/Nm3;

⑦发生炉煤气中水份含量≤40g/Nm3;

The moisture content is less than 40g/Nm3 in gas furnace;

⑧气体热值≥4.2MJ/Nm3。

若可燃气体中含硫及氨成份较高,不仅会严重腐蚀火花塞电极,而且会使机油中酸值增加,腐蚀机组内部零件,同时易于生成沉淀物,增加对燃气发动机的腐蚀和磨损,减少燃气发电机组的使用使用寿命。

燃气发电机组对液化石油气的要求

Requirements of gas generator sets for liquefied petroleum gas

在距离机组燃气进气调压阀前1m内,

①lpg液化石油气压力0.8~2kPa;

LPG liquefied petroleum gas pressure is 0.8 ~ 2kPa;

②lpg液化石油气中丙烷、丁烷总体积含量不低于80%;

The total volume of propane and butane in LPG liquefied petroleum gas is not less than 80%;

③H2S≤20mg/Nm3;

The H2S is less than or equal to 20mg/Nm3;

④杂质粒度<5μm,杂质含量≤30mg/Nm3;

The impurity particle size is less than 5 m, the impurity content is less than 30mg/Nm3;

若可燃气体中含硫及氨成份较高,不仅会严重腐蚀火花塞电极,而且会使机油中酸值增加,腐蚀机组内部零件,同时易于生成沉淀物,增加对发动机的腐蚀和磨损。
