燃气发电机组常见的燃烧方式有哪些?

燃气发电机组的主要燃烧方式如下:

  The main combustion mode of gas generator unit is as follows:

  1、燃气发电机组的富燃烧,所谓富燃烧是指燃料较多,氧气相对较少,但其动力大,但由于燃烧在缸体内不会充分,会通过排烟管向外排放。优点是功率充足,燃料温度低,不足之处是一氧化碳排放量大,油耗高。

The so-called rich combustion refers to the rich combustion of gas-fired generator set, which means that there are more fuels and less oxygen, but its power is large, but because the combustion is not sufficient in the cylinder, it will be discharged outward through the exhaust pipe. The advantages are sufficient power and low fuel temperature. The disadvantages are large carbon monoxide emissions and high fuel consumption.

 

 2. 化学计量燃烧燃气发电机组:指实际金额的比例的气体和空气的混合物,可以完全燃烧理论上,,是一个参数,表示匹配的比率的燃料和空气的混合物。等价比率大于1,混合物中包含表示实际空气量小于必要的理论空气量、空气量不足,燃烧效率下降和燃料当量比的增加,相反,当量比小于1,混合物中含有空气的实际数量超过必要的理论空气量、过剩空气量。等效比实际上是过剩空气系数的倒数。氮氧化物的燃烧很高,温度也很高,达到700摄氏度。

  2. Stoichiometric combustion gas generator set: it refers to the mixture of gas and air in proportion to the actual amount, which can be completely combusted. Theoretically, it is a parameter indicating the mixture of fuel and air in matching ratio. If the equivalence ratio is greater than 1, the mixture contains the actual air quantity less than the necessary theoretical air quantity, insufficient air quantity, decrease of combustion efficiency and increase of fuel equivalence ratio. On the contrary, if the equivalence ratio is less than 1, the actual air quantity in the mixture exceeds the necessary theoretical air quantity and excess air quantity. The equivalent ratio is actually the reciprocal of the excess air coefficient. The combustion of NOx is very high and the temperature is also very high, up to 700 ℃.

  3.燃气发电机组稀薄燃烧。混合气中气体含量低,燃气与空气的比例可达1:25以上。这种发动机的不足是由于过量的剩余氧排放造成的动力损失,但其优点是汽缸内的燃料燃烧充足,nox排放减少。

  3. Lean combustion of gas generator set. The gas content in the mixture is low, and the ratio of gas to air can be more than 1:25. The disadvantage of this engine is the loss of power caused by excessive residual oxygen emissions, but its advantages are sufficient fuel combustion in the cylinder and reduction of NOx emissions.
