天然气发电机组和和柴油发电机组有什么不同?

一、发电机组燃料的系统不一样
1、 The fuel system of the generator set is different
燃油发电机组恐怕只要一个油箱加上一个油泵就可以把燃料送入到发动机里去燃烧,天然气发电机组就不是同了,他们要考虑到安全性,进燃料系统包括电磁阀、燃气混合器、阻火器等。
A fuel generator set may only need a fuel tank and an oil pump to send fuel into the engine for combustion, while a natural gas generator set is different. They need to consider safety, and the fuel system includes solenoid valves, gas mixers, flame arresters, etc.
二、发电机组燃烧方式不一样

燃油是压燃着火做功,天然气发电机组是靠高压线圈,火花塞点火燃烧做功也就是着火不同,但是天然气发电机组是通过点火模块,燃油发电机组是没有点火模块的。
Fuel works through compression ignition, while natural gas generators rely on high-voltage coils and spark plugs for ignition and combustion, which is different from ignition. However, natural gas generators use ignition modules, while fuel generators do not have ignition modules.

天然气发动机凸轮轴与柴油机线型不同,柴油机气门重叠角是128°,这样可以有较充足的扫气时间可以把气门、气缸、气缸盖这些高温部件的温度降下来,而天然气发动机的气门重叠角是22°,扫气只能通过活塞推出,不能大面积扫气,这也是燃气机排温比柴油机高许多的其中一个原因。
The camshaft of a natural gas engine is different from that of a diesel engine. The valve overlap angle of a diesel engine is 128 °, which allows for sufficient scavenging time to lower the temperature of high-temperature components such as valves, cylinders, and cylinder heads. However, the valve overlap angle of a natural gas engine is 22 °, and scavenging can only be pushed out through the piston and cannot be carried out on a large area. This is also one of the reasons why the exhaust temperature of a gas engine is much higher than that of a diesel engine.

可以减小压缩比。天然气发电机组的压缩比不能太大,否则容易爆燃而且天然气发动机没有像柴油机那样要求油和空气在燃烧室内形成气相混合物,所以,它的活塞顶部为平形的而且由于天然气发动机燃烧室温度比柴油机高许多,如果做成各种形状那么边缘、底台以及口缘处会因持续高温而烧坏。
Can reduce compression ratio. The compression ratio of natural gas generator sets should not be too high, otherwise they are prone to detonation. Natural gas engines do not require oil and air to form a gas-phase mixture in the combustion chamber like diesel engines do. Therefore, the top of its piston is flat, and due to the much higher temperature in the combustion chamber of natural gas engines compared to diesel engines, if made into various shapes, the edges, bottom, and mouth will be burned out due to continuous high temperatures.

天然气发电机组主要是烧气体,柴油发电机组主要是燃烧液体状的油,比如柴油、汽油、重油等。这是其中的一点区别。
Natural gas generators mainly burn gas, while diesel generators mainly burn liquid oil, such as diesel, gasoline, heavy oil, etc. This is one of the differences.
