2、验查发电机组内部的油和水：拧开缸体、水箱、机油冷却器的放水开关排放洁净；放出机油盘和机油冷却器内的悉数机油；关闭油箱阀门，拆下悉数的油管并放出油箱内的柴油；在放出水、机油、和柴油时，要保持维修场所的清洗。

2. Check the oil and water inside the generator set: unscrew the drain switches of the cylinder block, water tank and oil cooler to discharge clean; Drain all the oil from the oil pan and oil cooler; Close the oil tank valve, remove all the oil pipes and drain the diesel in the oil tank; When draining water, engine oil and diesel oil, keep the maintenance site clean.

3、拆开汽缸盖：先要拆掉气门室罩壳；在拆开摇臂时，要先把机油管与汽缸盖的回油螺丝拆下；拆开摇臂座时，两个摇臂座一同取下并放好；在拆开汽缸盖螺母时要先外后内按对角进行，其他部件按顺序取下。然后撤除焦化发电机组的剩下部件。

3. Dismantle the cylinder cover: remove the valve cover first; When disassembling the rocker arm, first remove the oil return screw of the oil pipe and the cylinder head; When disassembling the rocker arm base, take down and place the two rocker arm bases together; When disassembling the cylinder head nuts, the outer part shall be removed first and then the inner part shall be removed diagonally.
