1、拆下喷油泵一调速器总成缸的高压油管，把调速器上的手柄锁定在柴油发电机组供油量位置上。

济柴柴油发电机组产生振动原因原因一：潍坊柴油发电机组转动部分不平衡，首要是转子、耦合器、联轴器、传动轮（制动轮）不平衡致使的。处置办法是先找好转子平衡。如果有大型传动轮、制动轮、耦合器、联轴器，应与转子分隔独自找好平衡。再有即是转变有些机械松动形成的。如：铁心支架松动，斜键、销钉失效松动，转子绑扎不紧都会形成转变有些不平衡。
