　　1、首先要做的是卸载：沼气发电机机组停机前，要先卸去负荷。

　　2、怠速运转：额定转速下运转几分钟，初步冷却后，再将怠速/额定转换开关置于“怠速”位置，使机组怠速运转,使其水温和油温降下来。

 

　　2.Idle operation:operate the unit at rated speed for several minutes.After initial cooling,place the idle/rated change-over switch in the"idle"position to make the unit operate at idle speed and reduce its water and oil temperature.

 

　　3、切断气源：当机组“水温”、“油温”降低到60℃以下后，关闭手动燃气阀门。剩余的燃气可使机组继续运转1、2分钟，燃气耗尽后，机组将自动停机。

 

　　3.Cut off the gas source:when the"water temperature"and"oil temperature"of the unit drop below 60℃,close the manual gas valve.The remaining gas can keep the unit running for 1 or 2 minutes.After the gas is exhausted,the unit will shut down automatically.

 

　　4、停机后，将控制屏面板上的钥匙关闭。

　　5、除发作飞车或工作场所呈现易燃气等不测事故，正常状况下严禁带负荷停机。

　　7、紧急停机。正常运转的发电机组，未按正常停机步骤停机都属于紧急停机。主要有两种状况：(1)发电机组因超速、油压低等毛病缘由，自行报警停机。(2)在运用过程中，遇到危及人身及设备平安的紧急状况时，发电运转人员按下“紧急停车”按钮，人为机组停车。

 

　　7.Emergency stop.The generator set in normal operation,which is not shut down according to the normal shutdown steps,belongs to emergency shutdown.There are two main conditions:(1)the generator set alarms and shuts down automatically due to overspeed and low oil pressure.(2)During operation,in case of emergency endangering personal and equipment safety,the power generation operator presses the"emergency stop"button to stop the unit manually.

 

　　紧急停机的处置措施：切断电源，用盘车工具人力盘转曲轴，同时用手动机油泵泵油，带机组水温、油温降至60℃以下后，在停止检查处置。

 

　　Disposal measures for emergency shutdown:cut off the power supply,manually turn the crankshaft with turning tools,and pump oil with manual motor oil pump.After the water temperature and oil temperature of the unit drop below 60℃,stop inspection and disposal.
