风力发电机组的防雷措施方案

风力发电机组安装在野外空旷的地区,其安装高度较高,需要采取防雷措施。雷击放电的电压高达几百千伏甚至上亿伏,产生的电流从几十千安到几百千不等。雷击会造成风力发电机组的电气控制,通信,机械部件如叶片等的损坏。

为预防雷击需做如下措施,在叶尖预埋导体网,通过机舱上高处位置放置避雷针,机舱与塔架具备良好的导电特性,在基础施工过程当中,沿地基安装通到一米地下的位置,预埋以降低接地电阻阻值,或者采用多根导电体垂直打入深层底下,接地电阻阻值需小于10欧姆。采用屏蔽层或者光电转换系统,对通信远传系统进行保护,采用隔离原理的电源和变压器。
