Biogas power generation is a biogas utilization technology with the continuous development of large-scale biogas digester construction and comprehensive utilization of biogas. It uses biogas produced by anaerobic fermentation for engine, and is equipped with comprehensive power generation device to generate electric energy and heat energy. Jichai introduced that in the process of using  biogas generator, there will inevitably be some problems, such as sudden shutdown of the unit! How to check?

1、参数超标保护停机；检查故障显示表，找出故障发生点，解决故障！

1. Check the fault display table, find out the fault point and solve the problem!

2、点火系统无输出或接地；检查点火模块电源指示灯及线束插口，检查各动力缸线路有无接地。

2. The ignition system has no output or grounding; check the ignition module power indicator and harness socket, and check the power cylinder circuit for grounding.

3、紧急停机按钮接地；检查仪表盘、发动机上安装的紧急停机按钮应处于开路位置。

3. The emergency stop button shall be grounded; the emergency stop button installed on the instrument panel and engine shall be in the open circuit position.

4、燃料气压力太低。检查变化原因，恢复正常值。

4. The fuel pressure is too low. Check the cause of change and return to normal value.

5、压缩机超负荷。检查进气压力，调整到正常值。

5. The compressor is overloaded. Check the intake pressure and adjust it to the normal value.
