瓦斯气发电机组脱硝的适应原理

1)工作原理
1) How it works
在电控单元的控制下, 尿素泵将尿素溶液从尿素罐中抽出, 计量、加压后送到双流体雾化喷枪, 压缩空气经控制单元调压后也送到计量喷枪,喷射阀打开后, 尿素在压缩空气的引射作用下喷出,和压缩空气混合后经喷嘴雾化后喷入排气管道。电控单元根据废气流量、催化剂的温度和NOX浓度精确计算出所需的尿素溶液喷射量, 发出相应的脉宽调制信号给计量泵, 计量泵根据信号对尿素溶液进行计量, 从而保证时刻精确的尿素溶液喷射到排气管道。
Under the control of the electronic control unit, the urea solution is pumped out of the urea tank by the urea pump, measured and pressurized, and then sent to the dual flow atomizing spray gun. The compressed air is also sent to the metering spray gun after the pressure is regulated by the control unit. After the injection valve is opened, the urea is ejected under the injection effect of the compressed air, and mixed with the compressed air, it is atomized by the nozzle and then injected into the exhaust pipe. The electronic control unit accurately calculates the required injection amount of urea solution according to the exhaust gas flow, catalyst temperature and NOx concentration, sends the corresponding pulse width modulation signal to the metering pump, and the metering pump measures the urea solution according to the signal, so as to ensure the accurate injection of urea solution to the exhaust pipe at any time.
尿素溶液在排气管道混合区遇高温烟气分解成氨气(NH3) 和水(H2O), 与烟气充分混合后进入催化剂模块, 在催化反应区NH3 和NOX反应生成无害的氮气(N2)和水(H2O), 更终通过排气管道排到大气中。
The urea solution is decomposed into ammonia (NH3) and water (H2O) in the mixing zone of exhaust pipe in case of high temperature flue gas. After being fully mixed with the flue gas, it enters the catalyst module. In the catalytic reaction zone, NH3 and NOx react to generate harmless nitrogen (N2) and water (H2O), and finally it is discharged into the atmosphere through the exhaust pipe.
尿素溶液分解如下:CO(NH2)2 + H2O = 2NH3 + CO2 尿素经热解、水解生成氨气,为反应提供原料。
The decomposition of urea solution is as follows: CO (NH2) 2 + H2O = 2nh3 + CO2. Urea is pyrolyzed and hydrolyzed to produce ammonia, which provides raw material for the reaction.

发电机组烟气经过排气管道进入净化系统,尾气中的NOX通过烟气脱硝系统时,与氨气充分混合后的废气发生催化还原反应,将NOX还原为无害的N2和H2O。

3)烟气脱硝系统性能指标:

脱硝后,烟气中的NOX浓度不高于50mg/Nm3;

烟气脱硝系统氨逃逸控制在5ppm以下;

单台发电机组的尿素溶液耗量不大于2.5L/h(溶液浓度为40%);
The urea solution consumption of a single generator unit is not more than 2.5 L / h (solution concentration is 40%);
烟气脱硝系统的整体阻力不影响烟气的正常排出,系统背压一般小于1.5KPa;

脱硝系统结构简单、无副产物、运行方便、可靠性高、脱硝效率高、一次投资相对较低;
