增压器在高速、高温、下工作，涡轮进口温度可高达650°左右，标定转速27500r/min，使用中特别注意做好维护保养工作。

1.新启用或维修后的增压器，装机前应用手拨动转子检查转子转动情况，正常情况下，转子应轻快、灵活、无卡滞和异常声响;

1. For the supercharger after new use or maintenance, the rotor should be manually moved to check the rotation of the rotor before installation. Under normal conditions, the rotor should be light, flexible, free of stagnation and abnormal sound;

2.接好润滑管路，保持润滑油路畅通，采用浮动轴承，对润滑油要求较高，正常工作时，机油压力应保持在300-500kPa之间，发动机怠速时，增压器的进油压力应不低于80kPa;

4.增压器涡轮壳为高温部位，操作人员应注意避免高温烫伤。

5.调压阀的调节，逆时针旋转，压力减小，顺时针旋转，压力增大。
