1. Prepare two glass measuring cylinders for use. If the measuring cylinder cannot be found for a while, two identical vials can be used instead.

2、拆下供油量过大（或过小）一缸与喷油器连接的高压油管接头。

2. Remove the high-pressure oil pipe joint between cylinder 1 with excessive fuel supply (or too small) and fuel injector.

3、再拆下供油量正常一缸与喷油器连接的高压管接头。

4、将两个油管端头分别插入两个量筒（或小瓶）内。

5、用起动机带发动机转动使喷油泵泵油。

6、当量筒（或小瓶）内有柴油时，将量筒放在水平台上比较油量的多少，便可了解供油量是否过大或过小。如果用小瓶代替，可对其进行称量比较。可改变柴油发电机组喷油泵油量调节拉杆（即齿杆）上拔叉（或齿圈）的相对位置进行调整。对P_型泵可通过转动法兰套筒进行调整。

6. When there is diesel oil in the equivalent cylinder (or small bottle), put the measuring cylinder on the horizontal platform to compare the amount of oil, then we can know whether the fuel supply is too large or too small. If a small bottle is used instead, it can be weighed and compared. The relative position of the fork (or gear ring) on the adjusting rod (gear rod) of the fuel injection pump of diesel generator set can be adjusted. 在防雨型柴油发电机组操作过程中，根据经验，应注意以下几点：

During the operation of rain proof diesel generator set, the following points should be paid attention to according to experience:

1、松开拔叉（或齿圈、或法兰套筒）的固定螺钉，稍微移动便可改变供油量，切不可移动过大，否则难调整准确（如有需要，可先标记出初始位置，便于对照）。

1. Loosen the fixed screw of fork (or gear ring, or flange sleeve) and slightly move it to change the oil supply quantity. Do not move it too much, otherwise it is difficult to adjust accurately (if necessary, mark the initial position for comparison).

2、每次调整后，须确认固定螺钉的拧紧度。

2. After each adjustment, the tightening degree of the fixing screw must be confirmed.

3、在进行防雨型柴油发电机组供油量的调整时，应使得油量不得高于标准供油量。这是因为调整是在低速下进行的，考虑到漏油等诸多因素的影响，此时允许有较大的不均匀度（30%），但高速时受节流作用等因素的影响，其允许不均匀度较小（3%）。如果在低速时的油量高于标准供油量，那么高速油量可能会有较大变化，甚至超过额定供油量。

3. When adjusting the oil supply of rain proof diesel generator set, the oil quantity should not be higher than the standard oil supply. This is because the adjustment is carried out at low speed. Considering the influence of many factors such as oil leakage, a large nonuniformity (30%) is allowed at this time, but at high speed, due to the influence of throttling and other factors, the allowable unevenness is small (3%). If the fuel quantity at low speed is higher than the standard fuel supply, the high-speed fuel supply may have a large change, or even exceed the rated fuel supply.

4、如果在同一防雨型柴油发电机组上大供油量与小供油量相差较大，不要急于调整，可先将两分泵的出油阀对调安装，进行检查比较，这样做有时也可以改变供油量。若对调后没有改变供油量，则需对两分泵逐一进行调整。

4. If there is a big difference between the large oil supply and the small oil supply on the same rain proof diesel generator set, do not rush to adjust it. First, the oil outlet valves of the two pumps can be adjusted and installed for inspection and comparison. Sometimes, the fuel supply quantity can be changed by doing so. If there is no change in oil supply after the adjustment, the two pumps should be adjusted one by one.
