柴油发电机组冒烟的原因有哪些

  柴油发电机组的发动机排气冒黑烟是柴油未充分燃烧,在高温情况下分解出炭质随废气排出的一种现象。排气冒黑烟,不但降低了发动机功率,增加了柴油消耗量,且易形成积炭,缩短发动机使用寿命。原因如下:

  一、柴油雾化不良

  原因:(1)喷油器压力调整过低;(2)喷油器调压弹簧折断或发卡;(3)喷油器针阀与阀座积炭,针阀卡滞或磨损过甚;(4)喷油泵出油阀减压环带磨损过甚,使喷油器滴油。

  二、气缸压缩终了时温度和压力下降原因

  (1)缸筒、活塞环磨损过多,活塞环安装不正确或失去弹性造成气缸漏气;(2)气门间隙过小,热车时易被顶开,或气门烧蚀、积炭造成气缸密封不严;(3)缸盖与机体,喷油器与缸盖接合面漏气;(4)气门严重下陷,活塞与活塞销,活塞销与连杆小头,连杆大头与连杆轴颈间隙过大,使燃烧室容积增大,压缩比下降。

  三、气缸内新鲜空气不足

  原因:(1)空气滤清器滤芯积尘过多;(2)消声器锈蚀、积炭或油污;(3)进、排气门间隙过大,使气门开度减小;(4)配器机构零件松动、磨损、变形,凸轮轴齿轮与曲轴正时齿轮相对位置变化,气门开闭时间不正确。

  四、供油时间及供油量不正确

  原因是:(1)供油时间过迟;(2)起动初期,气体压力和温度较低,供油时间过早时;(3)喷油泵柱塞偶件磨损后加大供油行程使用;(4)喷油泵调节齿杆或拉杆行程过大,以致供油量过多。
