瓦斯发电机组如何采集瓦斯?

  说到瓦斯发电机组不得不提到瓦斯搜集这个事情,那么瓦斯搜集应用是用怎样的技术和机械呢?先说瓦斯的搜集:瓦斯的搜集经过瓦斯抽采,瓦斯抽采普通采用水环真空泵,例如我工作的煤矿采用的就是2BEC52型和2BEC72型水环真空泵。泵装置在空中抽放泵站里(当然也有井下挪动泵站,不过普通抽采才能小),泵与抽放主管路衔接,抽放主管路不断经过井筒延伸到井下与采抽放支管衔接,支管再与钻孔衔接。一个煤矿井下可能有几千、上万个钻孔,瓦斯就来自这些钻孔,并经过抽放管路会聚到瓦斯泵站。下面说瓦斯的应用:高浓度瓦斯能够加以 应用(普通浓度30%以上的称为高浓度瓦斯),普通应用途径就是瓦斯发电,瓦斯抽采应用这方面据我所知全国做的好的就是晋煤集团。低浓度瓦斯由于应用比拟艰难或者本钱太高,普通都直接排放到大气里了(瓦斯是温室气体啊!!!)。
