排除故障的方法就是：断开充电机与蓄电池的连接线，用万用表直流电压挡（50V）测试充电机两个输出接线柱间的电压，注意红表笔接充电机的正极，黑表笔接负极，发现无电压输出。

拆下充电机外壳，对充电保险芯子进行检查，发现60A的保险芯子烧坏。更换后，充电机恢复正常充电，故障即被排除。
