瓦斯发电机充电电流过小的现象介绍!

瓦斯发电机在不断的使用中难免会出现这样或者那样的故障,由发电机技术人员对机组进行检修,故障排除后方可再次投入运行,比如说在使用瓦斯发电机组时,当机组起动至额定转速后,有时会碰到发电机充电电流过小,对瓦斯发电机技术人员来说,这种故障是小问题,解决起来就是小菜一碟,但是对普通操作人员来还是比较复杂的,那么解决的办法是什么呢?发电机充电电流过小这种故障一般是由于个别硅二极管引线脱焊断开或电刷与滑环接触不良所造成的,具体原因如下:
The gas generator will inevitably have this or that kind of fault in continuous use. The generator technician will repair the unit and remove the fault before putting it into operation again. For example, when using the gas generator unit, when the unit starts to the rated speed, sometimes the charging current of the generator is too small. For the gas generator technician, This kind of fault is a small problem. It's a piece of cake to solve, but it's more complicated for ordinary operators. So what's the solution? The generator charging current is too small. This fault is generally caused by the disconnection of individual silicon diode leads or poor contact between the brush and the slip ring. The specific reasons are as follows:
1、皮带打滑。
1. The belt is slipping.
2、调节器电压偏低。电压调节器的功能:电压调节器通过对发电机交流励磁机励磁电流的控制,实现对输出电压的自动调节。发电机电压调节器可满足普通60/50Hz及中频400Hz单机或并列运行的发电机使用。通过控制励磁分流电流的大小,从而改变励磁电流,达到调节发电机电压的目的。
2. The regulator voltage is low. Function of voltage regulator: the voltage regulator can automatically adjust the output voltage by controlling the excitation current of generator AC exciter. The generator voltage regulator can meet the requirements of ordinary generators with 60 / 50 Hz and 400 Hz intermediate frequency. 3、瓦斯发电机磁场线搭铁或磁场线圈局部搭铁短路等。磁场线搭铁或磁场线圈局部搭铁短路,则导致发电机不励磁,就不发电或电流过小。用万用表测量发电机磁专场接线柱和接地接线柱之间的电阻止值就可知道,若测得的电阻值与规定的电阻值很接近,说明是正常的,如果电阻测不出来,万用表没有指示,则说明励磁回路不通。
3. The magnetic field wire of gas generator is grounded or the magnetic field coil is locally grounded and short circuited. If the magnetic field line is grounded or the magnetic field coil is locally grounded, the generator will not generate electricity or the current will be too small if it is not excited. Use a multimeter to measure the resistance stop value between the generator magnetic field terminal and the grounding terminal. If the measured resistance value is very close to the specified resistance value, it means that it is normal. If the resistance can not be measured and the multimeter does not indicate, it means that the excitation circuit is blocked.
4、发电机硅二极管引线脱焊断开,使电枢线圈一相或二相断路。
4. The silicon diode lead of generator is desoldered and disconnected, which makes one or two phases of armature coil open circuit.
5、电刷与滑环接触不好(滑环上有脏物,碳刷磨损太大,弹簧压力不足等),接触电阻较大,使激磁电流变小。
5. The contact between the brush and the slip ring is not good (there is dirt on the slip ring, the carbon brush is worn too much, the spring pressure is insufficient, etc.), and the contact resistance is large, which makes the excitation current smaller.
发电机充电电流过小的解决方法:
The solution of generator charging current is too small:
1、对瓦斯发电机电刷与滑环接触情况进行检查,查看是否发现异常;
1. Check the contact between brush and slip ring of gas generator to see if any abnormality is found;
2、用万用表直流电压挡测量调节器输出电压,查看输出电压是否高或低于正常范围;
2. Use a multimeter to measure the output voltage of the regulator, and check whether the output voltage is high or lower than the normal range;
3、用万用表直流电压挡测量发电机输出电压,发现输出电压为5V(测量时要断开调节器与蓄电池的接线),这证明故障在充电发电机上。
3. The output voltage of the generator is measured with the DC voltage gear of the multimeter. It is found that the output voltage is 5V (the wiring between the regulator and the battery should be disconnected during the measurement), which proves that the fault is in the charging generator.
4、在测量二极管时,发现有4个二极管烧坏。更换二极管,对瓦斯发电机进行装配,然后起动发电机至1300r/min时,仪表盘上的充电电流表显示为15A,说明发电机充电正常。
4. When measuring the diodes, four diodes were found to be burnt out. When the diode is replaced, the gas generator is assembled, and then the generator is started to 1300r / min, the charging ammeter on the instrument panel shows 15a, indicating that the generator charging is normal.
