燃气发电机组发动机水泵的使用应该注意什么?

及时加注光滑油。要依据阐明书中的规则,及时对水泵轴承加注光滑油,加注光滑油的数量不可太多或太少,以防轴承过早损坏。 不可梗塞溢水孔。有的水泵轴处有溢水孔,经过溢水孔可察看水泵能否漏水。假如溢水孔受堵,水泵走漏的水会进人轴承内而影响光滑,惹起轴承过早损坏。 拆装时不得猛打硬敲。检修水泵时,拆卸皮带轮和水泵内轴承等主要部件应用专用工具。装置时若猛打硬敲,易形成水泵轴承弯曲变形、水泵轴轴端螺纹滑扣或损伤。另因叶轮和泵轴配合较紧,除非必要,普通不拆卸。
