Ltd. is the subsidiary of JDEC(Jinan Diesel Engine Co., Ltd.).JDEC specializes in manufacturing internal combustion engine owned by China National Petroleum Corporation(CNPC).In1996,JDEC was listed in Shenzhen Stock Exchange as Shiyoujichai. Now it covers area 600,000 m3 and has more than 2100 employees.The total asset is more than 2 billion.

    In 2005, JDEC has cooperated with AVL of Austria and manufacture the high-speed medium140 diesel engines, high-speed large 190 diesel engines and medium-speed 260 diesel engines  coexisted with a power range from 30KW to 6300KW.
